Background

I graduated from the State School of Translation and Interpreting in Maastricht with a BA degree in translation for the languages English and French. In 1992 I was certified as a sworn translator at the district court in The Hague.

I have excellent computer skills, and many years of experience in various fields. I am a member of the Dutch Association of Interpreters and Translators (NGTV).

In 2000 I graduated from the University of Leiden with a master's degree in Dutch law, more specifically administrative law. This study has provided me with an extensive background knowledge, essential for the translation of legal, economical and political texts.
